I’m Rita Boswell, founder of Peakwood Homes and a Realtor based in Ohio. Before I became a licensed agent, I spent several years buying and selling pre-foreclosure homes, working directly with homeowners and lenders to help people avoid foreclosure and how to creatively solve problems with patience and empathy. Helping someone find a path forward when they thought they had no options was incredibly rewarding.

That experience shaped how I work today. At Peakwood Homes, I’ve built a trusted network of investors in both Ohio and Florida. Together, we provide solutions for homeowners who need to sell quickly or navigate a difficult property situation. Whether it’s a house that needs work, an inherited property, or a pending foreclosure, we’re ready with options.

My husband and I own and manage short-term rentals, and I’ve flipped properties myself. I understand real estate from every angle, as a homeowner, investor, and agent. No matter the situation, my goal is simple: listen first, understand your needs, and help you move forward with confidence.
